Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The referral program is open to all existing clients and approved contacts within our network.
• Referrers must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address.
• Self-referrals (referring yourself or your own business) are not eligible for rewards.

2. How the Program Works

• A referral is considered successful once the referred client signs a contract and completes their initial payment.
• The referred client must be a new client who has not previously worked with Frontman Design Studio.
• Referrals must be submitted via direct email introduction (copying referrals@frontmandesign.com) or through our referral form.

3. Referral Rewards

• For each successful first-time referral, the referrer will receive $100 cash OR 10% off their next project.
• The referred client will receive 10% off their first project.
• Bonus for Additional Referrals: For every second and succeeding referral, the referrer will receive an additional $50 bonus per referral on top of the standard reward.

4. Payment & Reward Distribution

• Referrers can choose their reward as either cash (via PayPal or bank transfer) or a discount on their next project.
• Payments will be processed within 30 days after the referred client’s payment is received.
• Any project discounts must be used within 3 months of being awarded.

5. Program Duration

• You can send your referrals until April 30, 2025.
• Frontman Design Studio reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the program at any time.

6. Fraud Prevention & Fair Use

• Referrals must be genuine business leads. Any attempts to abuse the program (e.g., creating fake referrals) will result in disqualification.
• Frontman Design Studio reserves the right to review and deny rewards if fraudulent or unethical activity is suspected.

7. General Terms

• By participating in the referral program, referrers agree to these terms and conditions.
• Any disputes regarding rewards or eligibility will be resolved at the discretion of Frontman Design Studio.
• This program is subject to local laws and regulations.
